My career sits at the intersection of industry and academia. I've led engineering organizations through complex transformations — scaling teams, modernizing architectures, and building the engineering cultures that turn technology into a business advantage. I've served as CTO and Engineering Director across startups and high-growth companies in MENA and Europe, while maintaining an active research and academic presence as an Assistant Professor at Assiut University.
